1. General Policy

At Official API World, we strive to provide the highest quality WhatsApp Business automation tools. We believe in being upfront about our billing practices. By signing up for our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. "Try Before You Buy" (Free Demo)

We strongly encourage all users to utilize our Free Demo.

We provide a comprehensive Free Demo/Trial environment that allows you to test our automation features, chatbots, and API reliability before you make a financial commitment. Please use this opportunity to ensure our platform meets your specific business requirements.

3. No Refund Policy

Once a subscription plan has been purchased and assigned to your account, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for "change of mind."
  • We do not offer refunds if you fail to use the service during the subscription period.
  • We do not offer refunds if your WhatsApp Account is banned by Meta due to policy violations (spamming, prohibited content, etc.).

4. The Technical Exception (15-Day Clause)

We stand behind our technology. A refund request will only be considered under the following strict conditions:

  1. You encounter a critical platform failure that prevents the core function of the software (e.g., unable to send/receive messages via API).
  2. You have reported this issue to our support team at support@officialapiworld.com.
  3. Our technical team has verified the issue and has been unable to resolve it for more than 15 consecutive days.

In such a verified case, a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription may be issued.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the next cycle. You will retain access to your account until the end of your current paid period.
