By accessing Official API World, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Our service relies on Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook). You agree to strictly adhere to WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy and Meta’s Business Policies. We are not responsible for account bans resulting from policy violations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited spam, distribute malicious software, or promote illegal goods.

4. Limitation of Liability

Official API World shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
